No. Zeno works best alongside professional support, not instead of it. It’s the thing you have access to between sessions, at 3am, or whenever you need something but your therapist isn’t available.

No. Zeno has no religious framework and doesn’t follow a 12-step model. It’s built on cognitive behavioural therapy and habit science, and it works whatever your background or beliefs.
